The Earthen soil is also called the mitti attar and Earth soil attar. It has the beautiful smell of wet earth. Its aroma has a refreshing and soothing effect on one’s mind. The earthy, natural, sweet and soft aroma of this attar has a mesmerizing effect when applied. The aroma of the soil when it becomes wet with the first rainfall is simply mind blowing. The Earthen soil attar beautifully captures this natural and amazing aroma in a bottle. It is prepared painstakingly from the soil on the river bed.
Tiny patties are prepared from the soil and baked.
Once the baking process is completed the steam distillation begins. Later on the fresh steam of the baked soil is blended with Sandalwood oil with which it blends very well. Lastly, it is put in leather bags for ageing which improves its aroma.
This earthen soil attar can blend well with all the other attars as well.
Apart from the perfumery industry the Earthen Soil attar is also used in the beauty products because it can reduce the oiliness of the skin and make the skin glowing, soft and supple.
